F and S Janitorial currently does not service private residences.

A basic cleaning includes dusting and wiping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom disinfection and trash removal.  You can supplement your office cleaning program with carpet cleaning, hard floor care, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialty services.

F and S Janitorial believes in creating a cleaner, healthier environment and providing an eco-friendly commercial cleaning program. For Medical Cleaning we use Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP) as a hospital-grade disinfectant that uses hydrogen peroxide as its active ingredient and is very effective at killing germs. We also use microfiber towels and mop pads, which use up to 90% less cleaning solution than cotton clothes and can be washed and reused up to 500 times. Our HEPA filtration vacuums help improve air quality by capturing airborne particles as small as .3 microns. A no-dip flat mopping system with self-dispensing bucket uses less water and cleaning solution than a traditional string mop and bucket and reduces cross-contamination.
